Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AW33 ("Platform"). By registering an account or using any AW33 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "AW33" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to AW33 and all entities, websites, applications, and services operating under the AW33 brand in Malaysia.
- "User" / "You" / "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using AW33's services.
- "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on AW33 using valid personal information.
- "Funds" — refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a User's AW33 account.
- "Bonus" — refers to any credits, rewards, cashback, or promotions granted by AW33 to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
- "Bet" — refers to any activity involving the placement of money on the outcome of a slot, casino game, fish shooting game, or any other game offered on AW33.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus or reward funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use AW33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Residing in or legally located within a region that permits the use of online betting platforms.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration — including your full name, identification number, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Never had an account previously closed by AW33 due to a breach of Terms.
Identity Verification: AW33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (identification card, selfie, bank statement) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.
Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at AW33. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are a serious violation. AW33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds or bonuses.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
AW33 supports a wide range of Malaysian digital payment methods for convenient deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on AW33 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
AW33 offers a range of bonus and promotion programs for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and limits specified separately on the promotions page.
- The Welcome Bonus is exclusively available to first-time registrants who make a qualifying initial deposit that meets the minimum requirement.
- Each promotion has its own wagering requirement — typically between 5x to 20x bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- AW33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related withdrawals where there is evidence of promotional abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts.
- Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

5. Game Rules
All games offered on AW33 — including slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and fish shooting games — are subject to game-specific rules available in each game's help section. The following general rules apply across all games:
- All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the AW33 system. No appeals will be entertained for outcomes that have been correctly calculated by the system.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, AW33 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager to the player's account.
- For live casino games, the result recorded by the dealer and the game system is final — the payout shown when a bet is confirmed is the payout that applies to that bet.
- AW33 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving collusion, software exploits, or other fraudulent activity.
- All slot and number games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness.
6. Prohibited & Restricted Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AW33 platform and may result in immediate account termination:
- Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Using bots, automation, artificial aids, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.
- Transferring funds between different AW33 accounts for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
- Using the AW33 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical operations of the AW33 platform in any way.
- Registering an account using a false identity, another person's name, or falsified identification documents.
AW33 works closely with the relevant authorities to report any activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering. Funds linked to such activity will be frozen pending investigation.
7. Account Termination & Suspension
AW33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the account of any User under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- A voluntary account closure request (self-exclusion) on responsible gaming grounds.

8. Limitation of Liability
AW33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from:

- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
- Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of AW33 services in your region.

In all circumstances, AW33's maximum total liability to any User shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
